Diagnostic
Map one customer journey, review the current tools and identify the lost context, unclear ownership or delayed next action.
You leave with a workflow map, priorities and a pilot scope.
Connect enquiry capture, CRM ownership and follow-up. Build a sales process your team can operate, with visible handoffs and a reliable view of what happens next.
Who it’s for
Revenue Systems is for established service businesses with incoming enquiries and someone responsible for sales. We work on one repeatable journey, with a decision maker and a sales owner involved.
If the business needs a new offer, a complete CRM replacement or a new source of demand, we identify that before turning it into an automation project.
The initial implementation
Agree the deliverables and acceptance tests before implementation begins.
One offer, one business unit and one existing sales pipeline. Agree what each stage means and who owns the next action.
You receive a journey map, baseline and responsibility list. One supported integration into your existing CRM, with limited changes to one existing enquiry form.
Test the required fields, source, duplicates and failed submissions.A defined assignment workflow and internal response reminder. The rules point to an accountable person.
Check the owner, reminder timing and escalation path. One agreed follow-up or booking workflow using supported native features and permitted channels.
Test stop conditions, opt-outs and human handoffs where relevant. One standard pipeline report, a team training session and practical operating notes.
Your sales owner can use the process and find the support instructions.Establish what needs to change, then prove the handoff in a focused pilot. Agree the deliverables and acceptance checks before the build.

Indicative plan: about three weeks once scope, access and responsibilities are agreed.Fees are agreed against the scope. Software, messaging charges, major migrations and additional integrations are scoped separately.
Scope, timing & investment
We confirm the implementation fee after reviewing fit, access and scope. Your software subscriptions, message usage, advertising and applicable taxes are separate.
If the problem or data needs deeper review, begin with a paid diagnostic. You receive a baseline, priority fixes and an implementation recommendation you can use.
A bounded implementation may take approximately three weeks after access and responsibilities are confirmed. We agree the schedule before starting; complexity and review availability affect it.
Before we begin
You provide lawful account access, accurate offer information, approved channels and a sales owner who can test the process. We agree stage definitions, test records, responsibilities and the change process together.
We list each connection in the proposal so your team can see what is included, what it costs to run and who maintains it.

We first assess the CRM you already use, including its plan, permissions and supported features. The initial implementation can work with an existing, supported setup; CRM replacement or bulk migration is a separate project.
The focus is handling existing enquiries more reliably. Advertising, outbound acquisition and content production are not included. If there is little enquiry volume, we may recommend a smaller manual process first.
Only when it improves a defined task and its output can be checked. Routing rules, clear responsibilities and human decisions are often the right foundation. AI usage and review responsibilities are agreed in the scope.
We first check your provider, access, supported features and permitted use. A separate channel connection counts as an additional integration unless it is explicitly included in the agreed scope. Messaging and software costs stay with your business.
The agreed workflow passes its acceptance tests and your team can operate it. We also monitor progress against the baseline, such as ownership, response and stage movement. Sales outcomes depend on your offer, team, customers and fulfilment; they are not guaranteed.
No. Continuing optimisation is useful when there is a defined backlog and a measurable opportunity. A stable system may need only light support. Any continuing work receives its own scope.

A clearer process starts with a conversation.
