The brief
The Swiss Academy of Leadership and Management (SALM) offers professional courses, partner degree pathways and internships. Prospective students arrive with very different questions, and each one needs a clear route to the admissions team.
The brief was a website the academy's staff can keep current, with enquiries that reach admissions with the programme context still attached.
What we delivered
- A Next.js website with a staff-editable programme CMS for courses, partner programmes and internships.
- Admissions enquiry forms for each route, saved to a durable queue before the visitor sees a confirmation.
- Delivery of enquiries into the CRM, with retries and duplicate protection.
- A private operations inbox so the admissions team can see what is waiting.
- Technical search foundations and structured programme pages.
The result. Admissions enquiries now arrive with the programme and route already attached, so the first reply can be specific.
