E-invoicing guide · Providers

Choosing your e-invoicing
provider (ASP).

Every business in scope must appoint an accredited service provider: by 30 October 2026 at AED 50 million or more, and by 31 March 2027 below that. Compare these eight points before you sign.

Rules last reviewed 25 September 2026. See the sources. Dates can change; we update this page when they do.

Provider questions.

How many providers are accredited?

The number changes as the Ministry of Finance completes accreditations. Trackers counted around 54 accredited providers in September 2026. Check the Ministry’s register on the day you decide, not a list copied elsewhere.

Can our accounting software act as the provider?

Some software companies are accredited providers themselves, and others connect to one. Either route can work. What matters is that the provider is on the Ministry register and the connection covers your invoices, credit notes and rejections.

Do you sell or recommend a particular provider?

We help you compare providers against your systems and volumes. If we introduce a provider we have a referral arrangement with, we tell you in writing before you decide.
